Hello my running friends!!! I have been sooooooo out of the loop!! My work has seriously taken over and I have simply lost all motivation for social media 😂😂 but I’m still here!!🙋🏽♀️ and I’m still running through this pregnancy 🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️ about to be 27 weeks and getting closer to the third trimester. Because I haven’t been doing much of anything interesting running wise, I thought I’d let you in on the training routine. This here is me at 16 weeks pregnant still putting in 40 miles per week!! Not anymore my friends. At 27 weeks I’ve dropped down to 20 miles just to keep me going, and sane, running 4-6 miles 4 times a week, followed by more strength training and conditioning. It’s not as much as I want. But it’s definitely enough for this season in life.
I MISS the long miles, and speed/tempo work terribly. Buuutttt it’s all in good timing. I needed a good season of rest, and once I have my cutie little boy, and give myself enough time to recover, I’ll be ready to take over again with my coach @runwitherica @exclusiveerica
